All of our seafood is bought fresh and locally, and is guaranteed ocean-friendly and ecologically sustainable by OceanWise and the Vancouver Aquarium. We serve fresh grain-fed Alberta Certified Angus Beef®, which is hand selected from the top percentile of beef in Western Canada. We are pleased to support local suppliers and merchants whenever possible.

As with our food, we are passionate about every drink that comes out of our bar. Using only the freshest ingredients available, we have crafted some of the most unique and addictive signature cocktails around. Whether it’s our popular Whiskey Blues, the perfect Hornitos Margarita on the rocks with fresh hand-squeezed lime juice, Local Espress Martini or the crushed ice Russian Standard Mosco Mule, our dedication and personal commitment to our cocktails is about delivering the best.

Our draught beers are brewed locally by Penticton's Cannery Brewing Company. They are hand-crafted in small batches, unpasteurized and always fresh. We are proud to serve the majority of our beer on tap, ensuring that our guests receive the freshest quality beer every time.

We are passionate about wine and offer our guests a mulit-award winning list; filled with interesting selections by glass in consumer friendly sizes such as 3, 6 and 9 ounce. Our bottle selection is Primarily BC VQA sourced with the majority of our wines being within 100kms of Local.
